Check your preview & approve

Within 24 hours of receiving a usable photo, we email you a preview of your portrait. Reply to approve — and within 48 hours of your approval we deliver the final high-resolution PNG plus a phone/social crop of the same portrait. Each order includes one minor revision (background color, crop, or adding your cat's name as text).
